The organization originated from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's Inter-University Collaborative Education Promotion Project "Establishing an Educational Management System for Proactive Learning," which was adopted from 2012 to 2016. In order to inherit the knowledge gained there and further develop the business, the organization was established as a general incorporated association in May 2016.
We are working together to solve problems so that each university will become a necessary and important presence as a unique university in its region through "collaboration of small and medium-sized universities that transcends regions."
