KYOAI GAKUEN UNIVERSITY is a community of people who come together to study, research, and work, and we respect the basic human rights of all our members and guarantee their right to study, research, and work in safe, equal, and comfortable conditions.
Harassment violates all human rights, including those mentioned above, and undermines the dignity of individuals, and the University will never tolerate such behavior.
Therefore, the University has established these guidelines in order to prevent harassment and to take prompt, appropriate, and fair action in the event that it occurs.

Harassment Prevention Guidelines

Consultation service

All members of the university (students, faculty, and staff) can consult with us.
The service is available to students (including all those receiving an education at the university, such as trainees, course students, special audit students, and students attending extension courses), faculty, and staff (both full-time and part-time). However, those who have left the university (after graduation or retirement, etc.) can also seek advice regarding harassment experienced while enrolled or employed.
Your privacy will be strictly protected. Your consultation will not be leaked to a third party. You will not suffer any disadvantages as a result of consulting us, so please feel free to consult us.
We not only provide advice on your own experiences of harassment, but also answer questions and provide advice on harassment in general.
