Support for entering graduate school
Our university also actively supports students going on to graduate school.
Graduate Schools with Collaboration Agreements
KYOAI GAKUEN UNIVERSITY (Kyoai Gakuen Educational Corporation) and Joetsu University of Education (Joetsu University of Education National University Corporation) have signed an agreement on collaboration and cooperation.
The purpose of this agreement is to promote collaboration and cooperation, including the mutual utilization of human and material resources, in teacher training, education, research, etc. conducted by the two universities, as well as to contribute to the development of the region through activities that make use of the ideals and characteristics of both universities.
Furthermore, with this agreement in place, students from our university who are advancing to the Graduate School of Education at Joetsu University of Education through a recommendation system will be exempt from the written exam and half of the admission fee. Furthermore, students who wish to live in student dormitories will be given priority.
Many current elementary, junior high and high school teachers from our prefecture are continuing their studies at Joetsu University of Education Graduate School for long-term training, etc. By concluding an agreement with our university, we can expect teacher training in our prefecture to take a further leap forward.
