Certificate application

We issue various certificates to graduates (those who are no longer attending) of KYOAI GAKUEN UNIVERSITY and Kyoai Gakuen Women's Junior College.
Various certificates for graduates of KYOAI GAKUEN UNIVERSITY Junior College Division (including Meiwa Gakuen Junior College and Meiwa Women's Junior College (affiliated kindergarten teacher training school)) are issued by the Junior College Division.CLICK HEREPlease check the above before applying.

Application at the counter

• After depositing the money into the issuing machine in front of the Student Center, please fill out the application form and submit it.
• Application time: Weekdays 9:00~17:00
• Present your ID to verify your identity
  • Driver's license, passport, alien registration certificate (alien registration card)
  • Health insurance card/Basic Resident Registration Card
  • Other (official document showing name, date of birth, address, etc.)
• Various certificates will be issued the day after application.
• You can pick it up at the Student Center or by mail.
• Certificate issuance fee: 300 yen per certificate
• Separate shipping charges apply for mail delivery

Application by mail

To apply for a certificate, please send the following items in an envelope first.

What to enclose

1. Please fill in the date of graduation, student ID number (omit if unknown), name/furigana, date of birth, delivery address, contact information (daytime phone number), type of certificate (if in English, please state "English"), number of copies, and whether or not the certificate should be sealed.
2. A copy of your ID to verify your identity (will be returned when the certificate is sent)
   *The copies we receive will not be used for any purpose other than identity verification.
   • Driver's license, passport, alien registration certificate (alien registration card)
   • Health insurance card/Basic Resident Registration Card
   • Other (official document showing name, date of birth, address, etc.)
3. Issuance fee: Prepare a postal money order (blank) for 300 yen per document.
4. Please enclose postage stamps (for reference, 1 to 4 certificates: 110 yen).
   If you would like express delivery, please specify "express delivery" and prepare the required express postage (300 yen).

Once your application is received, it will be issued and sent to you. It will take approximately 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends) from the date of application.
For those living overseas, we do not ship certificates overseas, so they will be sent to a proxy in Japan.
