Pre-enrollment consultation (for those who wish to request special considerations during the entrance examination or after enrollment)
Our university provides reasonable accommodations to the extent possible to ensure that students can smoothly lead their student life, including their studies, regardless of their illness, disability, or other background.
Objective
The purpose of pre-admission consultations is to allow applicants who have needed support since high school, or who will need support in the future, to consult and confirm in advance before the entrance exam what kind of support they can receive during and after enrollment.
The details of reasonable accommodation will be discussed with the applicant (prospective student) based on the details of the request, and we will consider and propose the support that can be provided by our university, so please contact us first.
We would appreciate it if all of the students who have consulted with us would check the support content proposed and consider taking the entrance exam. Please note that the content of the pre-admission consultation will not affect the exam results in any way.
Contact
For prospective students who wish to consult, please contact the University's Admissions Center (Admissions Department) as early as possible (at least two to three months before the application deadline for each entrance examination), as it may take some time for your request to be considered and proposed depending on the consultation or support content.

What is reasonable accommodation?
Regardless of the background of illness or disability, the aim is to make necessary and appropriate changes and adjustments on an individual basis so that students with special needs can exercise their right to an education, without imposing an unbalanced or excessive burden on universities and other institutions in terms of their structure or finances. It also guarantees equal participation in the opportunities available to students, and does not require changes to the nature of education or evaluation standards.
